All four are in the historic centre and from all of them you can walk everywhere. The real differences are three: how many people sleep there, whether there is a lift, and whether the address sits inside the limited traffic zone — which decides how you arrive by car.

How long it takes on foot, from each
None of the four needs a bus to reach the centre, but the difference between three minutes and fifteen is one you feel — especially at night, especially in winter. The minutes are worked out from the real distance between the front door and the place, at a normal pace: with luggage or with children, add a few.

In short: if the trip is built around the table, the flat on via de' Correggi is three minutes from the Francescana and the closest you can book in the city. If you arrive by train or take the bus to Maranello, viale Vittorio Veneto 67 is the one that makes you walk least. If you arrive by car, viale Vittorio Veneto 119 is the only one with parking at the door and outside the limited traffic zone. And if there are eight of you, Piazza Mazzini is the only one that holds you all.
