When you contact us or make a booking we process the data you provide (name, email, message, booking details). Bookings are handled by our channel manager, Smoobu, which processes reservation and payment data on our behalf.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries, manage your reservation, issue invoices, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to processing, by writing to us. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (the Garante in Italy).
