If you are driving
- The apartment is outside the ZTL, on the boulevard that runs along the historic centre: you drive right up to the door, no permit needed.
- Public parking is on the same street, including in front of the building: these are blue bays, paid at the meter or through the EasyPark app.
- The historic centre is a few minutes away on foot and is a limited traffic zone around the clock: you walk in, and the car stays where it is for the whole stay.
- Without a car you need none of this: the station is minutes away and the centre is walkable.

What you do when you step outside
This is the flat for people moving without a car. Getting to Modena covers trains and airports, and mentions something almost nobody knows: a regional train ticket is worth seven euros off the Ferrari museum.
The Enzo Ferrari Museum is twenty minutes on foot, and in the evening you come back up here: from the terrace the Ghirlandina is lit, and it is the reason people book a second time.

Is there a lift? It is on the seventh floor.
Yes, there is a lift and it reaches the floor. It is the only one of our four flats with one, which is why we suggest it to anyone travelling with luggage or not up for stairs.
Do I need to worry about the ZTL?
No. We are outside the limited traffic zone, on the avenue that runs along the old town: you drive right up to the door and park on the same street, blue lines. The old town is a few minutes away on foot, and on foot you walk in freely.
How do you get around without a car?
This is the right flat for that. The train station is about twelve minutes on foot and the bus station, where the 800 to Maranello leaves from, is six. One thing to know: the Maranello bus does not run on Sundays, so the day trip needs planning around it.
